My tunnel was up since 4 weeks, but my ISK credit is still at 10. So, it does not increase by 5 each week. Can you please update my credit, so that I can request a tunnel.

The ticket system is for reporting problems with the system, not for telling the world that you did not read, neither that big orange box when posting the ticket, nor that little text pre-filled in the post box, let alone the FAQ which would tell you the answer to your "problem".

In the FAQ there is nothing related to why ISKs are not increased despite the fact that the tunnel is up for several weeks.
Please, check this.
