tunnel T35149 not working

tunnel T35149 isn't working.
After starting aiccu i can ping only local address, pop's endpoint is not reachable. Tested it on another machine where i got running tunnel from other pop, and result is the same. With tcpdump I see packets going to pop, but no return packets. Setting al firewall rules to ACCEPT doesn't improve situation.
