There is currently no news from Scarlet regarding the failure of their server. I have asked for clarification and an ETA on the machine, but until SixXS staff gets any information, we cannot say what's the cause/fix. Thanks.

Update: New hardware has been ordered and is expected in the coming week so that the pop can return.
