I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there: When I requested a tunnel my internet cut out just after I submitted my request, and when I reconnected I refreshed the page and it must have re-submitted the request a second time. I did not intend to request the same tunnel twice, could my credits be returned for the second one? Thanks. Frank
