ETR on PoP / request to move subnet

Greetings,
Atlanta has been down for some time now and I'm curious to find out if that PoP will come back on-line, or if I should request a new subnet for one of my other tunnels. One tunnel goes to Falling Waters, WV at one site and has a /48 subnet. Another tunnel travels directly to Martinsburg, WV with a /48 subnet. I originally had a /48 dedicated to Miami FL, but that subnet is unavailable.
Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. If the PoP is in the process of being fixed, I'll hang tight and wait. if not, would it be acceptable to request another subnet?

The return of the PoP is in the hands of OCCAID, who state that they are working on resolving this problem.
In case of changing PoPs we suggest using uschi02.
