Couldn't connect to the TIC server

My link with tunnel_id T17090 has been up for a very long time, however it stopped working several hours ago. Errors reported are:

My configuration is

The tunnel endpoint nlams04.sixxs.net resolves to the IP in the error message and in the config.
# dig nlams04.sixxs.net +short
213.204.193.2
Nothing has changed in the firewall rules and protocol 41 is allowed through.

Please use tic.sixxs.net instead, as that is the real label. We might move/change service locations at any time.
