Got an error when requesting a subnet

I requested a /48 this morning (having 15 ISK's) - but got an error saying:
Access Denied: You can't request a subnet at this moment.
The subnet wasn't granted to me but 10 ISK's was deducted so now I cannot try again :(

If you submit the page twice, or reload it you will indeed get access denied.
Your log shows that your subnet is still in requested state and thus needs to be reviewed and approved.
