IPV6 Tunnel not forming. T17084

Hi,
I am having problems getting my tunnel to form.
I am using a Cisco router with the following config:
interface Tunnel0
description IPv6 uplink to SixXS
no ip address
ipv6 address 2001:16D8:EE00:47::2/64
ipv6 enable
tunnel source FastEthernet4
tunnel destination 83.140.3.18
tunnel mode ipv6ip
end
FastEthernet4 has the IP of 80.203.239.177
I've been working on this for a day or so thinking it might be my Speedtouch 516 messing up. But today I tried setting forming the tunnel with a friend's router, and the tunnel came up straight away and no problems pinging.
When looking at the tunnel statistics I cannot see any incoming packets.
This leads me to think there might be some config problems at the headend.
Kind Regards,
Lars Erik Braatveit

Please read the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and provide the information requested there.
That you have configurations that you apply to a host is one, that they actually work is another.
You mention "Speedtouch", I'll thus just assume that you are behind a NAT; in that case you would have to configure your NAT correctly. And you would indeed not see anything coming in when your NAT box blocks the packets and doesn't deliver them correctly to your host.

As I stated in the original posting, I have tested the setup, including NAT, successfully forming the same tunnel to another router on the Internet. The config is excactly the same, except that the "tunnel destination" is a different IP.
Since this test was successful, I feel I can exclude any Speedtouch NAT problems.
