Tunnel established to POP no pass thru to Internet

I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:
My tunnel is active and date flows up to the POP. However, there is no internet connectivity on the tunnel. When I log in to your site shows as I'm using IPV4. However the tunnel shows active with a current timestamp.

The first two lines of your post say it, but please actually provide that data.
We do not investigate problem reports without that data. And your "problem report" is completely vague on what the problem really is thus it is useless for us.
