Hardware failure on usewr01
The hardware for usewr01 failed. OCCAID is in the process of shipping a server from a different facility to replace the failed hardware. ETA for replacement is estimated to be by mid-January due to double cross-country ground shipping.

New hardware has arrived and is online. Reconfiguration of PoP is being done and then it should be fully back online.

PoP software reinstalled and up and running. Tunnels and subnets should all be working again. Users will be notified in an upcoming email.
