Cannot Ping the IPv6 Remote/PoP Inner Tunnel Endpoint

Today my tunnel stopped working and I cant ping anymore the other side of the tunnel.
Running AICCU test it stops at the following test:

I tried from different servers I have and no one is able to make the tunnel and ping the other endpoint.
