Dear SixXS support staff,
I have read and followed the "Reporting Problems" section on the Contact page and am providing the following details for this report based on the list of items stated there:
Since somewhere around 14:40 UTC today there has been a lot of packetloss to the tunnelserver nlams01. Traceroutes from various remote networks show that the trouble only starts on the tunnelserver itself; the paths to it, including Concept ICT's own network hops, don't suffer. The packets that aren't lost arrive on time, e.g. when pinging, average RTT is 5ms from a particular host, but packetloss is around 60-80%. This suggests some load issues, but of course that's just a suggestion.

It looks like it's over now, but I'll keep an eye on it for a while to see if it occurs again.

For what it's worth, you can spot the issue in the packet loss graphs for tunnel T5747 (assuming you can see those).
