I'v just got a channel, but the legacy is not good(about 200ms). Are there any way to choose and switch to a POP closer to my endpoint?Thanks

How can I choose the best POP
As we do not have any PoPs in the Asian region (except for nzwlg01 in New Zealand, but that PoP is limited to that country) there is most very likely no PoP available that can service you.
Please try to find a closer service, see Tunnel Brokers for a list of them.
