Can't create subnet

Greetings!
I have a working tunnel and would like to request a subnet, but the "Request subnet" link on my Sixxs home page is italicized and doesn't work. I have posted a message on the forum and sent an email to info@ but it's been weeks and I haven't received any replies.
I had subnets in the past and currently have hundreds of ISK. This problem began after my account was disabled due to my email bouncing. I corrected the problem and got my account reenabled but the subnet had been freed and since then I have been unable to request another.
My tunnel ID is T17243; it's on uschi02. My tunnel endpoint is a Mikrotik RouterBoard with a static IP.

You deleted the subnet yourself, are you going to request a new one and then delete it again?
And yes, we have a mail backlog which is slowly getting back on track, unfortunately time is very limited.

The only reason I deleted the subnet is because it was "Not assigned / Freed" and was not functional. I had hoped that deleting it would allow me to request a new subnet, but it didn't. I don't plan to delete my next subnet as long as it is operational.

Is this ticket still open? Should I continue waiting, or do I need to do something else to get assistance?
I have tried to get help with my issue using the forum, email, and this ticket system, and this is the only place I've received a response. Are you so overloaded you simply can't help me at all, or am I doing something wrong?
