I just recently obtained a static tunnel on uschi02. The graphs for my tunnel show packet loss at random intervals, but I have no reason to believe this is a problem on my end. On the contrary, I did see this PoP listed as "down" a couple times recently, so I'm guessing the sporadic packet loss is probably another symptom of issues at the provider side. Is this a known issue?

The PoP still locks up every once in a while, we are debugging this issue.

The POP has been down so much lately that I'm actually losing credits on my account. This seems particularly unfair. Are there any more stable POPs in the Chicago area I could get moved or reallocated to?

uschi02 is being kernel-debugged to make sure that the issues it has don't occur anymore. Credits that are lost due to downtime of a PoP can always be refunded.
